SERVES 4

1. Season the beef fillets with, Paprika, garlic powder, onion, chilli powder, salt and dried mixed herbs.

2. Seal the fillets in a pan with hot oil, place the pan in a hot at 190 degrees. Remove from the oven and allow to rest in the pan.

3. Season the king prawns with salt and pepper. Seal in a hot pan on a high heat with little oil for 1 minute on each side. Put in oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

4. Remove the pan from the oven; put the pan on the stove on a low heat.

5. Add garlic, butter, green peppercorns, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Keep prawns moving in the sauce, in order for the butter not to split. Pour the prawns with the sauce over the fillet steak, ready to serve.
